We should prepare the last shoe the customer has chosen by adjusting it to our client’s measures and desired shapes. Afterwards, we create the pattern which will allow us to cut every leather piece and once we have the cardstock template, we will cut the leather pieces. The next step is to cut every single piece for the inner part of the shoe. At the same time we should cut the shoe leather lining and then we will mount cut and lining altogether by sewing first each piece separately and then
together, getting what we call “leather cutting”. This cutting will be assembled to the sole you selected, by hand sewing them together. Julio García only utilizes the best quality leathers and as they are not completely homogenous, he will study beforehand which is the most suitable part of them for each shoe piece, so he can maximize raw materials in order to get the best results.
